Orders containing hydration bottles, flavor cartridges, kits, accessories, or bundles are generally packed within 1–2 business days. Delivery after handoff is expected to take about 2–4 business days, although that estimate can change and is not a promise.
Checkout confirms whether free shipping applies. A complete and correct address, email, and phone number must be supplied. When available, tracking is sent or displayed so the shipment can be followed.
If a parcel is delayed, lost, shown as delivered but missing, or damaged in transit, contact us with the order number and purchasing email. We may need tracking details, carrier records, photographs, or packaging evidence. Some destinations, products, and carrier routes may be restricted.
