Which items can I shop for?

The assortment includes hydration bottles, flavor cartridges, starter kits, accessories, and bundles.

Will my order qualify for free delivery?

Checkout determines and displays any applicable free-shipping benefit.

What is the expected schedule?

Preparation generally takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 2–4 business days in transit. Carrier dates can change.

What if I prefer something else or chose incorrectly?

Submit a request no later than 30 days after delivery. Returns by mail are accepted for non-defective and defective products, and an exchange may be requested for a changed decision, preference, or selection error.

Must the product be unused?

Yes. A non-defective return is limited to a new, unused item kept in its original condition with all packaging, tags, and supplied accessories.

Are there return costs?

The package contains a complimentary return label for mailing the item back. We impose no restocking charge, and prior authorization is required.

How should a damaged, faulty, wrong, or incomplete delivery be handled?

Share the order number, purchasing email, and description of the problem. Photographs or video of the goods and packaging may be required, including for an item materially unlike its description.

How quickly is money returned?

After a refund is approved, it is processed to the original payment method within 10 days. Replacement availability controls whether an exchange can be fulfilled.
